The beauty of a nation in which my tongue is free,Where knowledge flows so vast,
And lock is met with key.
But some, they just don’t get it.
As if they can not hear,
They spew out darkened words-
in hopes to bring a tear,
A tear towards the heart-
That acts like gasoline,
Meant to run a flame-
And only to be mean.
So thus the beauty of Quran,
of which permits free speech,
But throws light upon one’s tongue-
To watch what it may preach.
Be of who you are,
Or how you choose to pray,
And stand with what is logic,
Take heed and stay away
From those who are but weak,
And speak in ways unclean,
And babble of but useless speech
In hopes to make a scene.
As an Ahmadi Muslim,
I preach to use the pen,
To smother out the flame and hurt,
Bring freedom once again.
