About the Department: Mo'tamid serves as General Secretary to Sadr Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya. Article 89-92 of MKA USA Constitution approved by Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba) defines the
role of Mo'tamid as… 

1. Mo'tamid shall be responsible for the correspondence of all matters,
by instruction of the Sadr, to National Majlis-e-Aama.

2. He shall supervise the work of the National Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya office, keep its records in order, and be responsible for its security.

3. He shall verify the authenticity and/or validity of the bills/expenses of National Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya signed by the concerned Muhtamim.

4. He shall keep and report the minutes of Majlis-e-Amila.

Alm-e-Inami is the highest Award given to a majlis with an outstanding performance in a given year. The ceremony takes place every year at Jalsa Salana USA. The criteria was slightly modified this year to stress the importance of representation of a majlis at QRC and Shura.
