Best Region Criteria

BEST REGION CRITERIA (Point-based system)
  
1.            Monthly Khuddam Meeting: Points will be calculated as:
Total no. of monthly meetings held during the year / No. of majalis in a region
Maximum points = 12.
Example = 56 monthly Khuddam meetings held in a year in a region with 7 majalis. Points = 56/7 = 8. 

2.            Online Timely Monthly Reporting: Points will be calculated as: Total no. of timely monthly reports during the year / No. of majalis in a region
Maximum points = 12.
Example = 56 monthly reports sent on time in a year in a region with 7 majalis. Points = 56/7 = 8. 

3.            Finance: Points will be calculated as:
a. 1 point for each 10% of majalis in a region who submitted their income budget before Shura.
Maximum points = 10.
Example = 4/8 majalis in a region submitted income budget. Points = 4/8 x 10 = 5.
b. 1 point for each 10% of majalis in a region where chanda participation is 80% or more based on majlis Tajneed
Maximum points = 10.
Example = 6/8 majalis in a region had > 80% chanda participation. Points = 6/8 x 10 = 7.5           

4.         Best 3 regions for each department:
All Muhtamimeen will be asked to provide the first, second and third place region for their department: (lot of points can be accumulated based on this parameter)
4 points for a region with 1st position in a department.
3 points for a region with 2nd position in a department.
2 points for a region with 3rd position in a department.
