1. The department should compile a list of all students.

2. Find out how many khuddam under 18 are not in school, what are the reasons?

3. Find out how many khuddam are in Universities/Colleges? Are they active in Jama'at? 4. In bigger cities, there should be Ahmadiyya students associations. Seminars should be organized, and non-Ahmadis should be invited. 5. Identify those Kuddam who do not go to college/university after finishing high school. If there are students like this, find out the reasons.
