Hazur’s Instructions on Wasiyyat Special Appeal to AMSA Members This is just to inform all AMSA members that the Secretary Wassaya has clarified a point for the body regarding Wassiyyat for students. He mentioned that students who wish to become moosies need not commit to pay $25/month. He said the monthly amount is totally up to the student to decide. I hereby want to use this medium to make a special appeal to all students to join the blessed scheme of Wasiyyat. May Allah bless you all. Wasalaam. - Abdul-Lateef Oresanya - Muhtamim Amoor-e-Tulba . |

Interfaith Seminars 2008-2009 Activity Updates The Nazimeen Amoor-e-Tulba (Student affairs officers) along with all AMSA presidents performed brilliantly in executing the 2008-2009 objectives. They organized dynamic and very informative seminars. Topics focused interfaith cooperation and similarities and included comparative religious studies as well as Islam and Science. Seminars and dialogs were organized by Ahmadi students at many universities and colleges across the USA. Community service on campus Ahmadiyya Muslim students participated in community service through implementing blood drives in more than 7 universities. This effort had broad impact and was a collaborative effort with the MKA USA Khidmat-i-khalq (humanitarian services) department. Ahmadiyya Muslim Student Associations (AMSA) accounted for more than 200 bags of blood collected by MKA USA in 2009. |
