Routine Activities

* Following Atfal Class Agenda is a guide which is recommended to be followed in all of the Atfal Classes in your Majlis in August, 2011

All Majalis should hold:

  • One Atfal Amila meeting
  • Two Taleem-o-Tarbiyyat classes with organized Sports and a Waqar-e-Amal activity (Use the sample Agenda below)

A Tifl to recite few verses of the Holy Quran (Chapter 2, Verse:181-185)

Translation in English

A Tifl to read the translation of the recited verses (Chapter 2, Verse:181-185)

Atfal Pledge

Lead by Nazim Atfal (Link to Atfal Pledge)

Pass around Attendance Sheet

Atfal Taleem Class Section

Atfal to be split by age group into a minimum of three groups (Ages 7 – 9, Ages 10 – 12, Ages 13 – 15). Each group should be assigned a Teacher, who is preferred to be a Nasir.

11:15 – 12:15

Re-group ALL Atfal Interactive Session

Talk about:
  • Distributing the Muslims for Life fliers
  • Plan on collecting the Atfal Chanda
  • Fill out Atfal Rally & Ijtema surveys

12:00 – 12:15

Monthly Tarbiyyat Topic (Murabi Atfal to Lead)

Ramadhan (Prayers) &  (Videos and Resources) & PowerPoint

12:15 – 01:15

Sports Session

Allow Atfal to participate in some ORGANIZED sports activity. Spring is here so its good to have an Outdoor activity planned for Atfal.

Lunch

Provide Lunch to Atfal (Example: Pizza etc...), Take Pictures & email to atfalweb@mkausa.org

01:45 – 01:55

Waqar-e-Amal

Clean the Mosque or the area used by Atfal. Take Pictures.

01:55 – 02:00

Prepare for Salat

Offer Salat
