Please note that membership must be renewed monthly Q. As a parent, can I renew my son's membership ? A. As a parent you can renew the membership but we recommend that you allow your Tifl to renew on his own so that it gives him a sense accomplishment and a sense of commitment he made to being a member of the DRC Q. What happens if we forget to renew the membership? A. Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya will send out monthly reminder emails. The purpose of this program is to keep Atfal motivated in reciting the Holy Quran so as long as you confirm that the Tifl is reciting the Holy Quran, we will continue his membership Q. What happens if I am traveling and do not have a Holy Quran? A. Holy Quran can be recited in many ways. If you do not have a Holy Quran for any reason, you can recite a portion that you have memorized in your head or out load. This will also be counted as fulfilling your commitment. This should be used as an exception until you have access to the Holy Quran Q. Will I lose my membership if I miss a day or forget to recite one day? A. No, we recognize that there will be times that you may not be able to recite the Holy Quran. We do recommend that you make up any missed day by reciting an extra portion the following day Q. Will there be a recognition for the members of the DRC for their efforts? A. Yes, all members of the DRC will be recognized at the National Ijtema with a plaque (or similar) for their commitment to making Holy Quran a part of their daily life Q. Is this program for just one year or will it continue? And will these Atfal be recognized every year? A. InshAllah, this will be an on-going program and all Atfal will be recognized every year Q. We do not live in the USA, can my son enroll in the DRC? A. While we like to include every Tifl in this spiritual club, we want to ensure that the Nizam-e-Jama'at is not being compromised. Hence we request that you seek the permission of Sadr Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya of the country you live in before enrolling you child Q. This is a great idea and like to know how I can help? A. The best way to help is by 'word of mouth'. Please help us by informing the parents and Atfal about this program and encourage them to be part of this spiritual club Q. I will help spread the word but I like to do more. Who should I contact? A. Please contact us @ DRC@mkausa.org |
