(Hudson Valley Sports Dome, Milton NY)July 13-15, 2007 Air Travel Guidelines

 Preferred Airport: Stewart International Airport (SWF) – Full Service

Stewart International Airport is located near Newburgh, New York with service from following airlines: American, AirTran, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest and US Airways

 ®         Pick up service will be available starting Thursday, July 12th and drop off will end Sunday evening, July 15th, 2007®         All participants are expected to arrive prior to Friday Prayer service, therefore your flight must arrive no later than 12:30 PM EDT in order to attend the Friday Prayer®         SWF Airport is approximately 18 miles/25 mins from the Ijtema Site; please plan your arrival accordingly Alternate Airports: Restricted Service due to distance (review carefully) 1. John F. Kennedy Int’l Airport (JFK) - 91 Miles/2- 2.5 Hours to Ijtema Site2. LaGuardia Airport (LGA) - 80 Miles/2 - 2.5 Hours to Ijtema Site ®         Shuttle services will be provided from JFK and LGA starting Thursday, July 12th up until the morning of Friday, July 13th at 10:30 AM EDT  3. Westchester County Airport (HPN) - 67 Miles/1 ½ Hours to Ijtema Site ®         Shuttle services will be provided from HPN starting Thursday, July 12th up until the morning of Friday, July 13th at 11:30 AM EDT DROP-OFF SERVICE: We strongly encourage you to consider your departure flights after 3 PM and 4 PM EDT from SWF/HPN and JFK/LGA respectively, so adequate time is available for your timely transportation to the airport KEEP US INFORMED! Please print this handy quick-contact sheet and bring it with you to the airport. If you have to change in travel plans (i.e. flight delay, cancellation) please call Nazim Transportation with your updated itinerary so we can plan for your pick-up accordingly
