Letter to Ijtema Registrants

Assalamo Alaikum
Jazakallah for registering online for the 31st Annual National Ijtema & Atfal Rally of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya USA. Please inform all of your Khuddam & Atfal friends to visit www.mkausa.org and also register for ijtema. The deadline for online registration is July 31, 2009.
National Ijtema 2009:
Forty years ago, Majlis Khuddam ul Ahmadiyya USA was founded in the United States by our first National Qaid Respected Late Naib Amir Munir Hamid Sahib. Now, thirty one years later, MKA USA is returning to the region in which our first National Ijtema was held with less than 20 people. The 2009 National Ijtema will echo this glorious accomplishment. Be that 1 of 1000. Be part of the last MKA Ijtema in this decade. Be part of the first Atfal Rally. Show your commitment to the blessed institution of Khilafat and the unity of brotherhood.
Last year, by the Grace of Allah, we were able to reach our target of 1,111 participants. With such astounding success, This year’s target is 1,000. We are asking each individual, Be who YOU are? If YOU come and truly repent your sins together at the National Ijtema 2009, Allah will forgive you.

Transportation
If you need transportation assistance, you may already have filled it in the registration form. However, if you have further questions, please email
takemethere@mkausa.org or contact Nazim Transportation: Ahmad Rashid at (630)696-5326. The preferred airline destination is General Mitchell Milwaukee (MKE), which is less than 10 minutes from the Sports Complex and will feature full travel accommodations.
What to bring?
Make sure to bring a Prayer Cap, an MKA Scarf, sleeping bag, change of clothes, toiletries, medications (if needed), athletic footwear, towel, flashlight, insect repellent, sun-screen, and your medical insurance card. Also, please bring your Jammat ID card and or Jammat member code. For your convienence, you will need these items to gain access into National Ijtema 2009.
How do I make a change in my registration data?
Please email us at mkausa.ijtema@gmail.com with your Full Name, Majlis and the change details; e.g: Add/Update Flight info, add a special request etc... You MUST send the email from the same email address you used to register.
