Important Guidelines

- Please choose Harrisburg International (HIA) as your preferred airport as it is only 20 minutes away from Jalsa Gah.
- The Transportation Team will also provide shuttle service from Baltimore-Washington International (BWI), as an alternate.  However, as the travel time to Jalsa Gah is expected to be 2-3 hours, please plan your trip to arrive as early as possible in order to attend Jummah Prayers and the First Session.  The shuttle service will be available starting Thursday, June 19th after 6pm.  The last shuttle will leave Jalsa Gah at 12pm Noon, on Monday, June 23rd.  Due to the distance and high traffic from BWI to Jalsa Gah, you  may have to wait at the airport for an extended period of  time.
- Transportation arrangements will be made available from the Harrisburg Amtrak Train Station as well.  Please specify this clearly on the Request Form.
- ALL transportation requests must be sent via fax or email using this form and confirmed by June 16, 2008.
- ALL pick-up request will be confirmed via phone or email by the transportation team few days prior to your arrival date
