The organization of the Jalsa Salana is divided into three major components. Afser Jalsa Salana, Afser Jalsa Gah and Afser Khidmat e Khalq. Majlis Khuddam ul Ahmadiyya traditionally carries the responsibility of khidmat e khalq. Remember, this is not the same 'Khidmat e khalq' that we know of as a department of social services in the MKA core structure which is managed by a Mohtamim. The role of Jalsa Khidmat e khalq department is to provide support for Airport Transportation, hotel transportation, traffic and parking needs, and all the security needs for the Jalsa Salana. In addition, we have developed a Rapid Response Team under the khidmat e khalq department to respond to emergencies at a short notice. Department of Motamid serves as the lead for the Jalsa Khidmate e Khalq office and also plays the role of a hub for khidmat e khalq volunteers. A team under the Khidmat e khalq office provides refreshments to those on duty and also manages luggage of the guests of Promised Messiah (as). Our team from Majlis Atfal ul Ahmadiyya has led the Science fair and Ameen ceremony in the previous years. Majlis Khuddam ul Ahmadiyya is proud to sponsor our Sixth annual blood drive during Jalsa Salana. This is not to say that Majlis Khuddam ul Ahmadiyya only serves under khidmat e khalq department. As the backbone of Jamaat's volunteer force, our members take pride to serve under all departments such as registeration, accomodation, cleanliness, site set up, program, food, and other departments. However, it must be noted that Jalsa Salana workers come together as Jamaat members and not representing their auxiallaries.
