Good Morning Sohail,

First, let me thank you again for inviting us to participate in your convention by holding a blood drive.  It was truly a privilege and an honor to be a part of it. Not only did we learn some things but we also had a great time.


Here are some figures for you (drum roll please  :-)  We registered 98 donors and collected 73 units of blood! That is more than I thought when we left on Saturday.  What a huge success.  Please let everyone know how much we appreciate them taking the time out of their day to donate blood.  Also, let all the volunteers know that they were a huge help.  Pre-screening was great and saved a lot of time.


We would like to send some letters of appreciation to some leaders in your community but I'm not sure to whom we should send them.  If you could provide some names and addresses and the proper way to address them I would appreciate it.


Sohail, it was an honor to work with you.  I wish all the people I worked with were as organized and dedicated as you are.  I hope to work with you again in the future.  Please take care and feel free to contact me if you need anything.
