Good Morning Mr. Ahmed,

I understand you’ve kindly supported the NYBC hosting a wonderful blood drive for these last 2 summers.  Michael has spoken so warmly about you and your members, and I understand you will be having you youth camp in a location within our Hudson Valley Blood Services region. Summer is an especially critical time for the ongoing blood inventories, and this would be a huge help!

I would look forward to an opportunity to speak with you to schedule a drive.  Please let me know what date(s) you would select that would fit into your schedule, and consideration for hours to run this.  I’ll also need to build a profile of this new site, so will need more information soon including the site/address you’ll have this drive.
