"Today in order to protect Islam and The Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw), hands like of Talha (ra) are needed. Talha (ra) was a young man of 27/28 years who, in battle of Uhad, put his own hand in front of the face of Holy Prophet (saw) to stop the incoming arrows and did not express even the slightest pain despite his injuries, only for the fear that by doing so his hand may move". Address by Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V (aba) at the concluding session of 32nd Salana Ijtema (Annual Convention) of Majlis Khuddam ul Ahmadiyya Germany on 18th September 2011. Hazur (aba) further said that "Our Khudaam need to first set their priorities right and develop this thinking that we have to reform ourselves as well as the society because we claim to be flag-bearers of the true Islamic Teachings"
