MKA USA Highlighted in PBS Special
PBS Religion and Ethics is this week, featuring the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA. The episode highlights the role of Jamaat-i-Ahmadiyya and its national campaigns to promote Life, Peace and Loyalty as core values of Islam. The program features members of MKA USA handing out fliers and giving blood. Our dear brother Haris Zafar is a featured speaker in the episode. Naib Amir Naseem Mahdi (sb) as well as members of Lajna Imaillah USA were aso featured prominently. In the episode John Esposito of Georgetown University describes Jamaat-i-Ahmadiyya as having influence that is "disproportionate to their numbers". In just these few words, Dr. Esposito has confirmed the words of the Holy Qur'an where ALLAH reminds us that "How many a small party has triumphed over a large party by Allah’s command! And Allah is with the steadfast." (The Holy Qur'an 2:250) As America's leading Muslim youth association, MKA is committed to spreading the peaceful message of Islam and how this aligns with our core values here in the USA.
