Erratum:

Recently a message about MKA Membership dues was sent out and several of you correctly pointed out that the Ijtema rate was incorrectly stated as 1% of the monthly income.  Indeed, the correct rate is 2.5% of the monthly income. The calculation of $20 Ijtema chanda per year for a $10,000 annual income was accurate though as it was based on the correct Ijtema rate of 2.5%.  For a precise Ijtema chanda value multiply annual income by 0.002083. Now that we have clarified this confusion, please utilize the month of Ramadan and pay your membership dues. For more info, contact zmian@yahoo.com.
