Quran Burners Not Following Jesus

There may have been no teacher on Earth whose teachings have been so admired and at the same time so utterly neglected as those of Jesus Christ. One such recent example is the misled followers of the Dove World Outreach Center in Gainseville, Fla.

They claim to follow Christ, yet they hope to spread hatred with their malicious plan to burn the Quran on 9/11. Has the center forgotten Jesus' message of meekness and tolerance: "But whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also" (Matthew 5:39)? Civic, business and religious leaders, including the mayor of Gainesville, have unanimously condemned the center.

As a sign of interfaith peace and brotherhood, and in accordance with Christ's teachings, the head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Mirza Masroor Ahmad, has declared that no Muslim has the right to burn the Bible
