More than 200 Muslim youth leaders from around the USA met in Silver Spring Maryland this weekend to plan a national service and youth leadership strategy for the coming year. Members of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya (Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth) met this weekend to hold a training course for the leaders of the more than 64 local chapters. The Qaideen as they are called, an Arabic term that means "leaders" prepared themselves to implement a comprehensive national strategy. In more than 17 areas ranging from spiritual reflection, community service, public relations, leadership development and education, MKAUSA directors presented a plan of action to all of the local youth leaders.
