Abdus Salam Sahib became a Muslim in 1960, and converted to Ahmadiyyat in 1961. He was a Minister before accepting Islam. Brother Salam has had the privilege to visit Qadian and Rabwah twice in his life. He holds the honor of serving Jamaat in many capacities including president, vice president, financial secretary, and Tablig secretary. His distinction is being a lifetime devotee to the cause of Ahmadiyyat (Waq-fe-Zindegi)
