In his own words: “I was born on March 18th, 1937 in Cincinnati (Ohio) and grew up in Dayton Ohio. I went to college at Central State University in Xenia, Ohio as well as University of Dayton in Ohio. I completed my double major in sociology and political science with a minor in pre-law from these universities. My first job was with the Department of HUD, Model Cities program where I worked for 5 years. Afterwards I worked for 30 years in the city of Dayton administration in the `Planning and Community Development’ department. It has now been 3 years since I retired from this position.

I accepted Islam in March 1965 when I became a Sunni Muslim. I was introduced to Ahmadiyyat by the honorable Dr. Muzzaffar A. Zafr of Dayton Ohio and Imam A.R.Bengali Khan sahib. I accepted Ahmadiyyat in May 1972 and performed Hajj in 1973. I visited Qadian/Rabwah six times from 1975 through 1981. Visited Sringar Kushmir in 1981 and the Jalsa UK in 1985.

By the Grace of God, I have had the honor of serving Jammat over the years in various administrative positions including, Social Secretary, Tabligh, Talimul Tarbiyyat, Naib Amir (Dayton, Ohio) and President Dayton. I am currently serving as Tabligh Secretary and Public Relations Secretary.

I was blessed to serve Hazrat Khalifatul Masih III and Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IV as interior security officer on their visits to USA.”
