About the QRC & ARC


ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Qaideen Refresher Course (QRC) was created in 1995 under the sadarat of Respected Munum A. Naeem (currently serving as Naib Ameer Jama'at USA). Since its inception, Qaideen have annually gathered in a central location to meet with the MKA USA National Amila, solely for the purpose of continued training in the areas of day-to-day operations of a successful, effi cient, and well managed majlis.

At the QRC, Qaideen have the opportunity to review the Annual Plans of the Majlis, and given advice on how to implement those guidelines locally. In recent years, more and more Qaideen have brought along members of their Local Amila to meet with their National counterparts; which has proven to be an eff ective way to delegate the various tasks at hand. The QRC has evolved into the Premiere Training Seminar and Networking Conference of our majlis-at-large. This unique forum allows Qaideen from across the country to also meet each other to discuss issues they encounter, and offer viable solutions.

In 2008, Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya USA held its first Atfal Refresher Course (ARC) along side of the QRC. The ARC program is specifically designed for Nazimeen Atfal and their respective amila, catered towards addressing the needs and requirements of MAA. 

Both the QRC and ARC will be hosted at Baitul Hameed Mosque.

 

WHERE & WHEN
The QRC/ARC will be held from November 13-15, 2009, at Baitul Hameed Mosque in Chino, California.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
For the QRC, all Local Qaideen, Regional Qaideen and all other National Amila Members (NAM), attendance is mandatory. If for some reason you, are unable to attend, permission for an excused absence must fi rst be sought from and approved by Sadr Majlis. Only with the approval of Sadr Majlis should a representative then be sent on your behalf. Local/Regional Qaideen are highly encouraged to bring their entire respective amila, in addition to those assisting the National Office.

The Atfal Refresher Course (ARC) should be attended by Regional Nazimeen Atfal, Local Nazimeen Atfal, Murabiyan Atfal and the National Atfal Team. Questions should be directed to Mohtamim Atfal, Abdul Hadi Ahmed. All members attending the ARC must also register online.
