The Rising Star for October 2011 is Musawir Chaudhry of Fitchburg Majlis.

MashAllah Musawir is a 15 year old tifl in the 9th grade on the cusp of entering Majlis Khudam-ul-Ahmadiyya. In his time as a tifl, Musawir has blazed a trail of achievements and accomplishments, all pointing towards him being a Rising Star. At school, Musawir was chosen by his local school administration to represent his town at the state level in activities of community service with the governor. He also has been his class president, played football and even placed 2nd at the Abdus Salaam Science Fair at Jalsa Salana USA. He plans to choose a career possibly in either in business or law, with the aims of having a good impact on the world. Nazim Atfal Fitchburg Majlis mentioned that Musawir is “very active in both worldly and religious sides” with Qaid Fitchburg Majlis remarking that he “has alot of potential” and “cannot wait to see what he can bring to our majlis.” When asked what advice he would give to atfal, Musawir commented that “It’s important to know and respect everyone in your community, whether it be your town, or majilis, because when you respect people, they respect you back, which reaps many hidden benefits in society.” May Allah enable this young man, who already is well beyond his years a successful start as he becomes a khadim and remain a model for all.
