On Sunday, Feb 18 2007 in New York City the 4^th annual International Masroor Basketball Tournament came to a conclusion.   After all the preliminary matches had been played on Saturday, the teams were divided into an upper and lower brackets.  The tournament consisted over 15 teams traveling from 4 different counteries.
