In an address to Atfal in 1993, Hadrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (rh), delivered an address in which he said:

“Ahmadis should grow up not just as great scholars, who are already being groomed to be leaders in education, but I also want Ahmadis to excel in other fields such as sports.”

We have the opportunity to do just this…

Join your brothers of MKA in taking part in the largest all-muslim sporting event ni North America taking place in New Jersey.  This event has drawn thousands of muslims from all over and this year will be even bigger.  Whether you are into basketball, football, martial arts, ping pong, cricket or softball there is something for everyone.

Not only is this an opportunity for us to showcase the talent we have but to represent Ahmadiyyat, the true Islam.  By the Grace of Allah, MKA USA was fortunate enough to win the basketball tournament last year and placed highly in several other events.  There is no reason we can not build upon our past years success and at the same time enlighten people as to what we are all about.  May Allah grant us the opportunity to excel in this arena and propagate the message of the Messiah of this Age, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), to our fellow muslim brothers.

Lastly, there are a few rules of conduct/expectations that MKA members must adhere to.  Please keep in mind that we are representatives of all our brothers across the world and it is our duty to set a shining example.  Below you will find a list of these expectations, tournament organizers have the right to remove any khadim who does not follow these.

Expectations:

- Follow proper Islamic Hygiene (A document can be found on the Sehat-e-Jismani Homepage)
- Absolutely no cursing, fighting, or unsportsmanlike conduct will be tolerated.
- Follow all instructions given be organizers and inform them if you will be leaving the rest of the group.
