Purpose of the Waqf-e-Jadid Program

My purpose with the Waqf-e-Jadid program is that through it a web of our muallaymeen, teachers, should be laid covering the entire Country. …so that in all places, separated from each other by few miles, a Jama'at muallam, should be situated with a religious school or a shop and the whole year he should be engaged in his work with the people of the area under his care. …So I say to my friends.. make as many sacrifices for this task as you can and send your names for this program. If we can raise thousands of such muallaymeen we would be able to adequately service the whole Country and train tens of thousands of people every year.
