Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad (RA) Khalifatul Massih II
Hazrat Khalifa-tul-Masih II (RA) introduced the framework of Tahrik-e-Jadid in three historic sermons in November of 1934. Since then, the institution of Tahrik-e-Jadid has been instrumental in establishing Jama'ats around the world and in propagating the message of true Islam outside of the Indian subcontinent.
For more than 70 years, funds collected through Tahrik-e-Jadid have established missions in over one hundred countries, helped fledgling branches to buy mosques and centers, published translations of the Holy Qur’an and the writings of the Promised Messiah (AS), and supported many waqf-e-zindagi abroad to spread the teachings of Ahmadiyyat and Islam.
Today, Tahrik-e-Jadid continues its primary mission: to fulfill the revelation of the Promised Messiah (AS): to carry the message of Islam to the corners of the earth.

Shortly afterwards, Majlis-e-Ahrar fell into disfavor with other Muslim groups, and died out...

Mash'al-e-Rah The true meaning of Khilafat: Setting aside our own opinions and conforming to the Kalifa's every plan
The very meaning of Khilafat is that at the very moment the Khalifa gives a command, all schemes, suggestions, and plans should be thrown aside. And understand that it is only that scheme, suggestion, or plan commanded by the Khalifa himself that can benefit us in any way whatsoever. Until this spirit pervades every member of the Jama’at, all sermons are futile, all schemes are worthless, and all efforts are useless. (Hazrat Musleh-e-Moud RA)
