Qaid should appoint a Nazim Tahrik-e-Jadid of his Majlis.
|
Smaller majaalis may assign Nazim Maal, Nazim Tahrik-e-Jadid's duties. If Qaideen do not appoint Nazimeen, they themselves will be responsible for the department. Appointing a Nazim will benefit themselves in the end.

Obtain pledges from all the Khuddam.
|
Secretary Tahrik-e-Jadid may have a list of all Jama'at members. You should request a pledge list of Khuddam from him.

Educate Khuddam about the history and blessings of Tahrik-e-Jadid.

You may get help from Secretary Tahrik-e-Jadid or other elders of your Jama'at.

Make sure that 100% of your Khuddam participate in this blessed scheme.

Call all the Khuddam who haven't participated in the fund periodically. Get a list of Khuddam who are participating in the fund from Secretary Maal of your Jama'at. Make a list of Khuddam who are not participating. Motivate those Khuddam to participate. Those Khuddam who haven't ever participated, ask them to start from smaller amounts. It is fine even if they give $5-$10.

At least one speech on the topic of Waqf-e-Zindagi (Life time devotion).

Murabbi Sahib, Sadr Sahib, Secretary Tahrik-e-Jadid or another elder of the Jama'at may help you in this regard.

Report all your activities.

Make sure to send your report every quarter to the Mohtamim.

1. Qaideen- Please visit Tahrik-e-Jadid department's table at resource fair at QRC in Hourston. Ask questions you have about the department.
2. Qaideen- please appoint a Nazim Tahrik-e-Jadid in your Majlis.
3. Please send contact info of your Nazim Tahrik-e-Jadid to the National Mohtamim.
4. Nazim Tahrik-e-Jadid - Please make a list of all the Khuddam with their pledges. Week from 01/07/2008 to 01/13/2008 is Tahrik-e-Jadid pledge collection week.
5. Also make a list of all the Khuddam who did not participate in the find during the last year.
6. Hold an educational session on Tahrik-e-Jadid's blessings, history demands, especially Waqf-e-Zindagi and leading a simple life.
7. Please send quarter's report by February 5, 2008.

For pledges you may coordinate with Secretary Tahrik-e-Jadid or Sadr Jama'at (in case your Jama'at is small and there is no Secretary Tahrike-e-Jadid elected).
For list of Khuddam who didn't participate during the previous year, you may ask Secretary Finance of your Jama'at.
You may seek Secretary Tahrik-e-Jadid , Sadr Jama'at or other elders help for the educational session.
The report should show the effort done in order to educate Khuddam and to collect data. The report may show total number of calls made for Tahrik-e-Jadid, Number of Khuddam who pledged, Total amountof pledge, whether lists are complete, name of Nazim Tahrik-e-Jadid and his contact information.

2. Motivate the Khuddam who haven't participated yet.
3. Send quarter's report by May 5, 2008.

To keep your Tahrik-e-Jadid list updated you should get updated list of Khuddam who are participating from Secretary Finance of your Jama'at. Make an updated list of Khuddam who are not participating.
You can motivate Khuddam by calling them or holding session about the history and blessings of Tahrik-e-Jadid.
