|
All Khuddam should have 6-digits Jama’at Member
code.
|
Talk to your Local Finance secretary if you or
khadim cannot find the member code
|
|

Frequently Visit Tajneed Dept. Web Page
|
Frequently visit the Tajneed Department Page on www.mkausa.org for updates
|
|

|
Submit monthly report (2th of each month)
|
Submit your report to the local Qaid before 2nd of the month.
|
|

|
Know your surroundings. You
should know who is leaving your Majlis and where are they going.
|
Talk to People. Talk to your Qaid. If a Khadim from
your Majlis is moving, make sure to get their information (New Phone No.,
Address etc…) Let them know that they should inform the new Majlis/Jama’at as
soon as they arrive. This helps us to manage the Tajneed appropriately.
Please follow-up with the Khadim and make sure that they are added to their
new Majlis. YOU CANNOT REMOVE ANYONE FROM TAJNEED
WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT OR CONFIRMATION. YOU SHOULD NOTIFY MOHTAMIM TAJNEED AS
SOON AS YOU MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR TAJNEED.

Know who is joining your Jama’at/Majlis
|
COMMUNICATE with your Qaid and Jama’at Finance Sec. frequently
to add new members. Make sure that you have their Member Code. Once they are
added to your Tajneed, inform them to contact the previous Majlis and inform
the Qaid of the Tajneed finalization.

Submit reports after each of the Three
TAJNEED DAY
|
You MUST submit a Tajneed Update Report
(Full Tajneed) within Two Weeks of the designated TAJNEED DAY

Update Mohtamim Tajneed if have any questions
|
You should not hesitate to contact Mohtamim Tajneed
