| What is Tajneed? Tajneed (Census) relates to the collection and retaining of each khadim's general information. Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya's membership is kept private and confidential. What is the role of MKA Tajneed vs. Jama'at Tajneed? MKA Tajneed is a subset of the Jama'at Tajneed. All members who are part of the MKA Tajneed should have a record in the Jama'at Tajneed System. Please contact your local Jama'at Finance Sec. to confirm. I am a new Qaid; how do I obtain the latest Tajneed information for my majlis? Ask your outgoing Qaid and he should be able to provide you with a copy of your updated Tajneed list. If not, you can also request your Regional Qaid Sahib for it. If both attempts fail then you can ask Muhtamim Tajneed. How do I update the Tajneed information? First you do it locally then you inform your Regional Qaid and Muhtamim Tajneed at the same time as well. How often do I have to update the Tajneed information? Anytime there is a change in a khadim’s contact information (phone #, E-mail, Mailing address) as well as when a khadim moves in or out of the majlis. What do I do if I don't have someone's AMI Code? Request your local Finance Secretary to help you out with this situation. What do I do if someone has moved out of our majlis? Most important thing is to know where the khadim is moving to, and pass it on to the Qaid of the new majlis with all the khadim’s information. What do I do if someone has moved in to our majlis? Contact the Qaid of the previous majls and let him know that khadim X has joined your majlis and you have added him to your majlis. After doing that let your Regional Qaid and National Mohtamim Tajneed know about the change. National Mohtamim will make the neccesery changes and notify both the majlis of their change. What do I do with the people I have never even heard of and they are on my tajneed list? Let your Regional Qaid and National Mohtamim Tajneed know about it. Please make sure you do not take anyone off your Tajneed list regardless of the situation. I need to add another data point to the the Tajneed application. How do I go about doing that? As a Qaid you can add as many fields as you want to your Tajneed application but please make sure to send the National only what they ask for. What kind of reports are available at the regional level? Every Region should have a Regional Tajneed list. You should contact your Regional Qaid for more information. How do I get a new report? Ask your outgoing Qaid. How do I find out about my Tajneed? Ask the NazimTajneed or Qaid about your Tajneed info and update any info that is not correct. Why should I care about Tajneed? As a khadim we all should be very concerned about our Tajneed. By having the correct and updated Tajneed, MKAUSA will be able stay in touch with you and inform you of local and national programs as well as of any new instructions from our beloved Khalifa. What is done with my personal information? It is used to ensure you receive timely information of the activities of the Majlis as well as help in making sure you receive the Mujahid. You can be rest assured your personal information will be secured and will not be shared with anybody. Can I update my Tajneed information myself? At this point we do not have any system in place for individual to make changes to their tajneed information. Please let Nazim Tajneed know of any changes. How do I update my Tajneed information? Let Nazim Tajneed and your Qaid know about the changes in your Tajneed information. What is an AMI Code? This is the six digit code provided by the Jama'at. If anyone needs one, they should contact their local Jama'at finance secretary. I study away from my home at a university. Where should I pay my chanda? It is absolutely up to you. But it is recommended that one should pay their chanda where they have made their pledge. |
