Q. When is the First workbook exam due?
A. First workbook exam results should be submitted to Taleem department by Feb 25th, 2010. 

Q. Can I take my exam online?
A. Yes, once you are on Taleem page, click on "Online Quiz Center" link under "Useful Links" section.

Q. How can I take my exam other than completing it online?
A. You can download the exam, fill it out and email or submit it to your local Qaid/Nazim Taleem for grading.  To download the exam, click on the appropriate "Download Exam" link under "Useful Links" section. 

Q. How can a Qaid know how many Khuddam of his Majlis have taken exam online?
A. On Taleem page, click on "Current Online Participation Status" link under "Reports" section within "Useful Links" section.

Q. What is the "Detailed" Taleem Report that is needed from local nazim/qaid monthly?
A. Nazim Taleem/Qaid fills out a detailed Taleem report which includes the names of Khuddam who have taken the exams.  The report template is available on Taleem page.  You can download it by clicking  "Taleem Report Format (Detail)" link under "Useful Links" section. 

Q. Is submitting reports a monthly activity or a quarterly activity (as workbooks are due quarterly)?
A. The exams are due every quarter, however, some Majalis provide Taleem department an update monthly (varies by Majlis).  You don't have to send report every month. 

Q. How does a Qaid submit Taleem report?
A. Qaid/Nazim Taleem send Taleem department an email with the excel file (mentioned above).  Taleem department's email address is talim@mkausa.org or khadim98@yahoo.com
