What is Islam? Who is Muhammad (peace be upon him)? This is the first of 3 part documentary narrated by Ben Kingsley about Islam and attempts to answer these questions. Hazoor's weekly Friday Sermon is broadcast live at 8:00am EST. It is then repeated many times over the weekend. For futher details check the times on MTA schedule published on www.alislam.org
MKA USA creates an audio summary of Hazoor's Friday Sermon. This is by no means a substituion of Hazoor's Khutba rather its an effort to broadly spead Hazoor's message and encourage khuddam to listen to the full version on MTA or www.alislam.org
Friday is the holy day for Muslim worship, with a congregational service held at the time of Zuhr prayer.
Attendance is obligatory for Muslim men. (Holy Quran 62:10)
Women should attend whenever they are able to as the blessings received for attending are very great.
At a particular moment during the service, angels come near to the worshipers and they ask Allah to especially bless the faithful who are present in the congregation.
