Reporting Tips

Be as descriptive as possible. 

When calculating amount saved don’t just make up a number. Multiply total hrs worked by each participant by $18.00, which is the national standard for volunteer labor.

Pics and flics have a great impact on the viewer. They are a great way to inspire others to get out there and get the job done.

1- CLEANING OF MOSQUE: is a weekly activity, mosque is cleaned in detail to prepare for Jumma, cleaning includes, mopping, vacuuming, taking care of trash, restocking supplies and dusting. Happened 4 times this month after Asha prayers on every Thursday.
 
2- LAWN MAINTENANCE OF MOSQUE: A team of MKA takes care of lawn mowing of mosque that includes mowing, trimming, edging and taking care of weed aswell as mantainance of the equipment, the activity takes about 3-5 hours and it is done every 2 weeks during summer. Happened 1 time this month  

3- MOSQUE CLEANING AFTER IJLAS: Vacuum, sweep and mop was done after monthly general meeting. 110 man hrs X 18.00 = 1980.00 saved by jamaat / 4 khuddam participated in 6 events
