 The first time completion of reading of the full text of the Holy Quran is an important milestone in an Ahmadi boy's life. To celebrate this imporatnt occasion, Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya has started the Ameen Recognition Program for all atfal and young boys (up to 15 years of age) at US Jalsa Salana. However, because Huzoor (aba) is coming to this year's Jalsa, therefore, the Ameen ceremony of children (both boys and girls) who have finished first reading of the Holy Quran will take place with Huzoor in Baitur Rehman Mosque for both boys and girls. This ceremony will be arranged by USA Jamaat so there will not be any seperate Ameen ceremony by Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya USA. Who could Participate: Both Boys and Girls When: June 22nd at 8:00 pm Where: Baitur Rehman Mosque What do you have to do to participate in this ceremony All parents who want their children to participate in this ceremony need to fill out a particular form distributed by presidents of their respective Jamaats. Please note that children need to be at Baitur Rehman Mosque at 7:00 pm on June 22nd (Sunday - the day US Jalsa 2008 ends). Please take into account the travel time from Jalsa Site to Baitur Rehman Mosque which could be up to 2 hours. The form which needs to be filled can be downloaded by clicking here.
