Walk for Humanity
Walk for Humanity is an annual charity fundraising event led by MKA USA. The goal of Walk for Humanity is to raise funds for organizations that strive to save lives and improve quality of life of individuals and families. Through Walk for Humanity, Families in cities all across America will receive funding for soup kitchens and social projects through the efforts of MKA USA.
Walk for Humanity involves hosting walkathons in regional sites across the United States. Walks will be held in public parks across the country. Targeted areas include, the North East and the Tristate area, Maryland & Virginia area, around the Great Lakes and Midwest as well as the Southwest United States. This year the Walk for Humanity will take place on September 29th and 30th, 2012.
Walk for Humanity aims to collect funds that will be provided to two national social service organizations as well as multiple local or regional organizations. Projected participation in the Walk for Humanity will be in the thousands. Participants from different civic and local organizations are invited to participate. All are welcome.
MKA USA strives to serve mankind in different ways like volunteering at soup kitchens, hosting blood drives, and spreading community awareness.
