| Waqf-e-Jadid Scheme was created by Hadhrat Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmood Ahmad - Second Khalifa (may Allah be pleased with him - on left) in 1957 for two purposes.Firstly for the moral training and Tabligh (propagation of Islam) among the rural Jama’ats of Pakistan. Secondly he instructed to concentrate on Tabligh to the Hindu community in the Sind province of Pakistan. By the grace of Allah this scheme was made world-wide by Hadhrat Khalifatul Messih IV (May Allah have mercy on him) in 1985.
