The MKA Internship Program is an opportunity for students to gain hands on experience in emerging industries including Healthcare, Technology, and Public Policy. Our goal is to develop the next generation of Ahmadi Muslim leaders by providing students with the opportunity to learn new skills, gain real world experience, and build their professional network.
How Does the MKA Internship Program Work?
The 10-week internship happens over the summer from early June to mid-August. Interns will be paired with our partner companies in their field of interest. Our internship opportunities are located across the US with companies ranging from startups to large organizations.
Who Should Apply?
The internship program is designed for rising college juniors and seniors who are currently enrolled in any undergraduate program. We welcome applicants from all majors and fields of study. Applicants should have a passion for learning and a strong academic track record. Students with diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Is the Internship Paid?
Yes. Interns will receive a stipend of $375 per week. Interns will be paid directly by the partner employers.

The MKA Internship Program is a paid 10-week multi-industry summer internship program designed for rising undergraduate juniors and seniors. The internship begins in early June and concludes in mid-August. It is a way for college students to gain valuable real-world experience and build meaningful relationships with industry professionals.
Why Should I Hire a MKA Intern?
Every student applicant is vetted through a comprehensive screening process by the Sanat-O-Tijarat team. Applicants must display strong academic performance, professionalism, communication skills, and willingness to learn prior to being considered for the program. This is designed to be a competitive application process and not all applicants who apply will be selected. Employers will be introduced to only the brightest pre vetted applicants from around the country seeking to add value to your organization. You will have the opportunity to interview from our pool of qualified candidates and have full autonomy over your hiring decision. The national SoT team will work with you every step of the way to ensure you find the perfect intern, however you are not obligated to select and intern if you do not find a suitable applicant.
Do I have to Pay the Intern?
Yes. To gain the most competitive applicants, this internship is designed to be paid. The interns are required (if needed) to be on site and commit 40 hours per week. A minimum stipend of $375 per week over the 10-week period is required, although some partner organizations have opted to pay more. We ask that you compensate fairly for the effort and provide a livable wage considering housing, travel, meals, etc.
